i found the staff to be very kind and accomodating. the hotel is also not far from the metro, i liked that (it made getting around easy).
i noticed there were not enough plugs in the room. only one side of the bed had them. the tv was old and i couldn't find anything suitable to watch (no casting).

the room felt somewhat dark and could use brighter lighting.

the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially at reception. mr musa, the manager, was particularly attentive and resolved my queries quickly. i found the bell boys to be friendly and ready to help with luggage.

The hotel is near a metro station. It made getting around very easy. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast had good variety.
The room was a bit small. The furniture felt large. Using the kitchen was difficult due to the limited space.

i spent three nights here. the apartment was a good size. i found the staff friendly and helpful at all times. the gym had decent equipment. (i especially liked the treadmill). i found the supermarket right next door really convenient.
the furniture seems a bit outdated.

the location is in barsha heights, and i found it close to the metro station and bus stops. this made getting around very easy. also, there were many restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance.

The staff were very polite and helpful. They responded quickly to my requests. the room service was prompt and efficient. i really appreciated the attention to detail (like the fresh water bottles every day).

the staff seemed nice enough.
The room smelled strongly of smoke and the curtains had stains. the bathroom was old and the water in the shower turned lukewarm quickly. I had to ask for more towels because there weren't enough for the number of guests. the remote control didn't always work.

the breakfast had many options and tasted good every morning. the front office staff were experts, and room service was excellent. i liked abikesh's excellent room cleaning. the concierge were very helpful, especially with taxis.

my room had a nice arabian design and all appliances were available. fresh water was provided every day in the room. the room service was excellent at this location. the room was also very clean.
